I want this point to be made so this will be a short post.
I can still trigger into social anxiety and suicide.
But it is, in fact, past triggers and connections.
Each time I feel them I feel a memory. I see a memory.
Memories rest in those connections.
Since not cheating on paleo/keto for five days I have created no new feelings of social anxiety/had any social anxiety or suicidal thoughts that was not from past memories or connections. Every. Single. Time. There is a memory.
